Thanks very much...as is obvious, I'm a new Ham and not at all a techie. I'm amazed at how your headset is helping me pull out distant dx with my little 100 watt rig!
Thanks so kindly for once again presenting a really interesting and
thoughtful talk for the Twin City DX Association Monday evening.
Your presentation gave us another view to some technical issues
which many of us probably skim over, deferring equalization settings
to the factory defaults! You demonstrated these settings should be ,
examined and, perhaps combined with an outboard equalizer,
can really make a difference in our ability to hear weak signals
and cope with DX pileups. I think that many of us will be examining
our rig schematics after last night!
It was a pleasure working with you on this program, and my
personal thanks goes to you for offering your time and talent
to our club.
On behalf of TCDXA, a big THANKS to you!

I just purchased a Heil ICM mic for an ICOM 718 radio and have gotten nothing but good reports from stations around the world. Thanks for a great product.

Bob, I just want to take time and thank you and Heil Sound for the opportunity of using the products of Heil Sound. A few years ago when I bought My first 5000 MP Yaesu radio you suggested the PR-31BW microphone. Well it's sure the talk of my modulation... It gets me everywhere on the bands.
The folks on the radio say I sound fantastic with the PR-40 (and I agree). I was chatting with some guys “down under” and they said I was amazing. Also, BTW, on 14.300 a big guns station said I was so clear he could hear me breathing!! Amazing...
Bob, I want you to know, that your BM-10 headset is working very well. I needed your assistance back in July 2015 with the headset purchase for which I appreciated. I have been pleased with the audio reports I have received.
I am a new ham who had his first QSO on July 27th with European Russia. With the BM-10 I am nearing 60 countries QSOed and 40 verified. Also 42 states QSOed and 28 verified. I just wanted to say thank you for the fine product, and for the help you gave me, which has provided a "pleasant" ride.
